Refund Policy

Overview

Far Out Sprouts Greenhouses aims to provide durable, high‑quality greenhouses built to withstand local conditions. Because each greenhouse is constructed to order and delivered or installed locally, our refund policy focuses on fairness, clarity, and resolving any issues promptly.

When Refunds or Replacements Are Available

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your greenhouse arrives with a manufacturing fault, structural defect, or damage caused during delivery or installation, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected parts or the full structure depending on the situation.

  • Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery or installation.

  • Photos or a site visit may be required to assess the problem.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If we deliver the wrong size or model, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Change of Mind

Because each greenhouse is built to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after construction has begun.

Damage After Delivery

We cannot refund or replace products damaged by:

  • Severe weather beyond normal conditions

  • Improper use or modification

  • Accidental damage after installation

  • Relocation or dismantling by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before construction begins for a full refund. Once materials have been cut or assembly has started, cancellations may incur a fee to cover costs already incurred.

Warranty

All greenhouses come with a 24‑month workmanship warranty, covering structural defects caused by construction or materials. This does not cover wear and tear, environmental damage, or misuse.
